Matthew J. Ziemer, born in Glendora, California, on April 12, 1964. He graduated from Merit College in 1991 receiving his certification in Paralegal Studies. Mr. Ziemer also won the Merit College Moot Court competition and Valedictorian honors.

Mr. Ziemer has substantial experience in all aspects of insurance defense litigation with an emphasis on the defense of construction defect and complex matters. Mr. Ziemer has assisted in the defense of both developer and subcontractor defendants, and has also represented numerous Homeowner Association plaintiffs. Mr. Ziemer’s construction defect background is strengthened by several years experience working for a general contractor. Mr. Ziemer has also assisted in many products liability and complex business and property claims.

Outside the office, Mr. Ziemer is an avid supporter of youth soccer, and is an endurance athlete, competing in numerous marathons and triathlons each year.
