Maria D. Argote was born in Mexico City, Mexico. She attended Los Angeles City College and Pierce College in 1991-1994 and again in 1995-1998, where she took several Civil Litigation courses. In 1998 she completed her paralegal studies at Los Angeles City College, in Los Angeles, California.
Maria D. Argote joined Hosp, Gilbert & Bergsten in 2018 as a Paralegal. Mrs. Argote has over 25 years of experience in the area of civil litigation, specializing in employment, personal injury and medical malpractice liability defense. She has substantial experience handling and managing high-exposure cases, including case with the Department of Children and Family Service, as well as knowledge of Federal/State Court Rules, California Appellate Court Rules, Juvenile Court Rules, Civil Service Commission Rules, and Welfare and Institution Codes. Ms. Argote has also substantial experience in legal research, trial preparation, and procedure deadlines.
Mrs. Argote values her time with her daughters and when not working she enjoys dancing, playing soccer and volleyball.
