Attorney Matt Evans earned a Bachelor of Arts from Western Washington
University (WWU) in Bellingham, WA, in 1998, and received a Juris Doctor from
Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, CA, in 2008. Admitted to the California
State Bar, Matt is also admitted to practice in all United States District Courts in
California.

With a career on both sides of the courtroom, Matt has robust experience
representing plaintiffs in litigation involving personal injury, wrongful death, police
misconduct, civil rights, landlord-tenant disputes, and lemon law cases. On the
defense side, he has handled matters in landlord-tenant, lemon law, personal
injury, and wrongful death defense. Matt also brings experience in bankruptcy
cases.

Matt is experienced in advocacy across a wide range of civil matters.  Admission
to multiple California federal courts allows him to advocate at both state and
federal levels as needed.
