Mr. Stepanyan is a skilled professional and a graduate from Loyola Law School. Since his admission to the California Bar in 2014, he has gained extensive experience in representing insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and public entities in claims involving, among other things, negligence, premise liability, construction defect, and breach of contract.
Prior to joining Hosp, Gilbert & Bergsten, Mr. Stepanyan focused his practice on labor and employment law, defending management personnel and companies against employment related claims in California state and federal courts, as well as before local administrative agencies. He provides day-to-day guidance through the complex collection of laws, rulings and precedents with the goal of assisting our clients in preventing disruptive disputes and avoiding costly litigation.
