Julian Vischer was born and raised in Glendale, California, and attended St. Francis High School in La Cañada. He received his Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Mathematics from Villanova University in Philadelphiain 2015. Following graduation, Julian served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Benin, West Africa for two years, returning to the United States in 2017.
After working as a paralegal in a plaintiff’s-side employment law firm for two years, Julian attended Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he excelled in Constitutional Law, Education Rights, Ethical Lawyering, and Civil Rights.Julian interned for the Honorable Judge Louis Garcia, assisting with Equal Employment Opportunity cases along west coast and military bases throughout the Pacific Ocean and East Asia. He graduated from Loyola Law School, passed the bar exam, and was admitted as an attorney to the California Bar Association in 2022.
Julian began working for Hosp, Gilbert & Bergsten in March of 2022 as a law clerk and became an associate attorney in December of 2022. Julian is an active member of the Pasadena community, regularly volunteering at the Union Station Homeless Services andparticipating in community events.
