Spencer Lee

Paralegal

Spencer Lee currently works as a law clerk while awaiting the results of the July 2017 California Bar Examination.  He was born in Long Beach, CA. He graduated from University of California, San Diego and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.  Mr. Lee graduated from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2016 and received his Juris Doctor degree.

While in law school, Mr. Lee was a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship Award and satisfied the California Dispute Resolution Programs Act through Loyola’s Center for Conflict Resolution.  He also took on pro bono work at the Public Law Center in Santa Ana, CA, where he assisted low-income and disadvantaged clients.

Prior to joining Hosp, Gilbert and Bergsten, Mr. Lee served as an extern for the Honorable Steven J. Kleifield, where he conducted legal research and recommended tentative rulings for various motions.  Mr. Lee also worked at a defense firm in Tustin, CA, where he worked on various cases regarding medical malpractice, police defense, and claims against cities and public entities in Southern California.

In his leisure time, Spencer enjoys playing basketball and discovering new eateries with his wife.
