Joseph D. Hough, born in Pullman, Washington on April 10, 1972. He graduated from Robert Morris College in 1995 receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and minor in Statistics. He graduated from Loyola University of Los Angeles Law School in 1999.

Mr. Hough is admitted to the California Bar and is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar and American Bar Association. He is certified by the Los Angeles County Bar Trial Advocacy Program (TAP) and tried jury trials on behalf of the Los Angeles County City Attorney’s Office. He has provided corporate and litigation services to small business’ and non-profit corporations including federally assisted government loan programs. He also has experience in bankruptcy, probate, and commercial litigation. Mr. Hough assists people in estate planning with the preparation of trusts and wills and other estate planning documentation.

Mr. Hough has trial experience as a defense attorney in the fields of real estate transactions, fraud, business contractual disputes and personal injury matters. He also has experience in small business litigation involving asset purchase agreements, wrongful termination, covenants not to compete, and construction.

Mr. Hough has served in the Los Angeles Superior Court Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Panel for the past three years.
